The ROKUSAI Matcha Blend is unlike anything else available on the market. It was created by Horii-san, a tea master (Chashi) from a 150-year-old teahouse in Kyoto, in collaboration with the ROKUSAI team. This unique mixture is exclusively owned, used, and sold by ROKUSAI, featuring a one-of-a-kind taste profile that replaces sharp bitterness with a rich umami flavor.
The ROKUSAI Blend was not originally made to be sold like just any other matcha powder you can buy. We first created this blend exclusively for use in our own café in Katsuyama, Japan. Because of this, we devoted our full attention to achieving the optimal taste and quality, ensuring we serve our customers only the best matcha available in Japan.
We personally know everyone involved in the creation of our matcha, allowing us to guarantee that the highest quality is always maintained.
There are no artificial colors or unwanted substances in our matcha, just pure, carefully selected tea leaves ground and mixed into the ROKUSAI Blend.
